VisionComms specializes in providing communications systems for the disaster or search and rescue first responder team that is simple to operate (requiring no technical expertise), fast to activate, and easy to transport.

The System of Systems (SoS) approach permits first responders to communicate in a myriad of methods: two-way radio voice; telephony voice; cellular voice; email and text messaging; and transfer or download of data files. Voice traffic can be patched from any dissimilar frequency, including telephony, to any other frequency using drag and drop simplicity.

Downloading large files, such as maps, has always presented problems due to limited bandwidth. VisionComms has remedied that issue with incorporation of bandwidth aggregation that automatically and seamlessly combines up to five backhaul networks (3G/4G, VSAT, Wifi, and any available Ethernet broadband connection) and aggregates real-time bandwidth into a single pipeline for fiberoptics-like download and upload speed in the middle of nowhere.

The modular design allows the SoS to be mounted in a rugged, transportable case or permanently rack mounted into any type of command vehicle. Low power consumption permits operation from any available power source, such as generator or inverter, or from optional portable battery power supplies.

The simplicity of start up and operation is further enhanced with incorporation of power sequencing that uses logic to power up or power down all installed components. Basically a one-button function.

Systems are scalable based on the specific need of the end user and the modular design means the SoS capabilities can be purchased in segments from a basic Wifi SIP compliant system with B-Gan SAT connection to full interoperable systems with high band width VSAT connection. Nothing becomes obsolete as the system requirements grow or budgeted or grant financial assets become available.

The standard configuration permits plug-n-play incorporation of MESH networking and multiple remotely located wireless surveillance cameras.
