Vehicular Rack Mounted Interoperable Command & Communications Systems

Rack MountedFirst Responder friendly communication systems that is functional in under 10-minutes. One switch activates the multiplexed power-up sequence and notifies the communications operator and/or Incident Commander when ready to transmit and receive voice, video and data.

No need to access the electronics rack, everything is controlled from the work stations by user friendly keyboard, mouse and touch screen controls, basically self-intuitive.

Upgrade existing command vehicles. Hackney Visioncomms can easily and affordably upgrade existing mobile command vehicles to current 21st century standards or to whatever level required. Add communication interoperability between any radio frequency and connection to VoIP telephones and/or cellular phone, VSAT connectivity, video conferencing, MESH networking, WiFi hotspots and bandwidth aggregation for increased data upload and download speeds.

  • VSAT with auto-lock controller
  • Radio gateway - SIP-compliant radio over IP equipment. Each supports up to eight (8) radio transceivers of users' choice (any frequency), connecting the radios with all communications device, including ViOP phones and cellular phones, through the IP network in the system
  • 1U rack-mounted SIP-compliant IP PBX server that is capable of supporting up to 100 simultaneous VOIP calls, conference bridging, call attendant, caller ID
  • FXS (4) and FXO (4) that provides connectivity to analog desk phones, fax, PSTN
  • Bandwidth aggregation unit that automatically aggregates up to five backhaul data links of user's choice, including data service of all major carriers and/or any available broadband Ethernet connection such as WiFi, Cable/DSL, VSAT, BGAN
  • Single switch automated sequenced startup of all equipment that ensures equipment are powered up in the correct time order
  • 802.11b/g WiFi access point
  • SIP-compliant VOIP desk phones or portable WiFi phones (supports up to 100)
